GJJ型蛋糕灌漿機(jī)是我廠專門為生產(chǎn)蛋黃派、歐式蛋糕等各種模型蛋糕而研制的新一代灌漿機(jī)械。在研制中廣泛吸取了國內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，并結(jié)合我國各種模型蛋糕的制作工藝，使本機(jī)在結(jié)構(gòu)和操作上具有獨(dú)到之處。本機(jī)采用進(jìn)口微電腦智能控制系統(tǒng)，并把電、氣動(dòng)有效結(jié)合一體化的設(shè)計(jì)，使其在生產(chǎn)過程中具有操作簡單，灌漿精度高，灌漿量可調(diào)節(jié)且快速方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。整機(jī)的外型以不銹鋼為主，美觀大方，清洗方便。輕便的機(jī)體便于其在任何規(guī)模的生產(chǎn)場地進(jìn)行批量生產(chǎn)。灌漿機(jī)采用自動(dòng)定位、自動(dòng)灌注減少了人工操作，產(chǎn)品成品率高。GJJ灌漿機(jī)與同類產(chǎn)品相比有產(chǎn)量高、穩(wěn)定性好、耗電量低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
The GJJ depositor is a new generation of filling machine developed by our company for producing Vrious types of cakes such as egg-yolk pies and european style cakes.
